¡Hola! Soy DunIA CastRHo, Mercadóloga y Psicóloga Organizacional con más de 25 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, automatización del talento y educación disruptiva.
He dado más de 100 conferencias en España, Perú, Colombia, El Salvador, Argentina y México, a más de 10 mil personas; pero, cuando me invitan a dar una conferencia, no voy sola: va conmigo NIA, mi IA educativa. Porque no soy solo una conferencista… ¡somos dos!
Mis eventos no son conferencias tradicionales, son experiencias inmersivas, interactivas y prácticas, donde tus asistentes construyen el aprendizaje conmigo, en tiempo real,¡aunque de pronto te ponga en problemas técnicos para que esto se logre!
Dirijo La AcademIA RusH y fundé Los Talenters, un ecosistema con una comunidad de más de 5000 talenters activos y con más de 50 cursos disruptivos y actualizados permanentemente, un Bootcamp de 50 horas donde no se aprende, se construye, y bots especializados (NIA, CARE y TESA) que acompañan a los alumnos 24/7. Actualmente escribo mi libro:“RRHH para principiantes”, una obra visual y narrativa para repensar cómo trabajamos, reclutamos y aprendemos con IA (inclusivo, interactivo y creado 100% con inteligencia artificial).
Soy neurodivergente funcional tipo Asperger, lo que me hace pensar siempre fuera de la caja. Diseño mapas mentales y sistemas para experiencias diferentes con analogías simbólicas que activan el pensamiento estratégico desde lo cotidiano, por lo que el evento se hace muy divertido y profundo
